We want to come together to celebrate the life of a kind-hearted, hardworking, beautiful young mother of two — Andrea Neyra. Andrea brought joy and happiness to everyone around her. She was a loyal friend to many, here in the US and in her homeland Peru, and she had so much love to give.

The GoFundMe has raised more than $14,000 of its $35,000 goal as of Thursday evening, Nov. 7.

Neyra was a self-employed hairdresser in Meriden, according to her obituary. She immigrated to the United States in 2003 from Peru and lived in West Haven until she moved to Meriden five years ago.
